Founder Story
We always hear the same names in art. The global icons. The world-famous legends.
But rarely do we hear the names of the artists who shaped our region, the Middle East, and North Africa.
The ones who painted our streets, our emotions, our history. The ones who worked with limited resources, under censorship, or maybe through conflict.
When I discover these artists, their work feels familiar. Their colors, their lines, their memories. They belong to us.
Rawanzo began with that feeling, a desire to find our own reflections in art.
Rawanzo is a place where you can:
- Discover Arab artists whose names deserve to be known
- See how their work connects to our history and identity
- Watch emerging talents rise and tell their stories
- And eventually, a place where brands and collectors can meet these artists, to spark new opportunities and give their work the visibility it deserves
Because Arab is culture-rich, powerful, and rooted in centuries of creativity.
Rawanzo allows people to finally see what we’ve seen all along: Arab art is extraordinary!

Founder & CuratorWe dont share stories to look back, we share them to move forward with confidence
Most people don’t wake up thinking about art.
But everyone wakes up thinking about belonging, identity, and purpose.
Artist stories help us understand those things.
When we learn how an artist:
- protected their culture through creativity
- transformed struggle into beauty
- insisted their voice deserves to be heard
